Our Refund & Cancellation Process

At Password Books, we aim for total customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change or expectations might differ. This policy outlines how we handle order cancellations and refund requests.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Orders for physical books can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the shipping process begins, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order ID.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged book or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital resources, refunds are generally not provided once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Return Process: For physical returns, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

3. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
